Please allow up to 24 hours (1 business day) to process your order after receiving your confirmation email. You will also be notified via email when your item is in the process of being made so you are always kept in the loop. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please email me at mskittyspopshop@gmail.com. If you are requesting to cancel your order, please call me to ensure that your order has not already been made or in the process of being made. Once the materials have been used, there are no refunds available. If you would just like to exchange an item, please send me an email including your name, order number, a picture of the item and reason for the exchange. Please allow up to 24 hours to process your request.
